Our Mission Statement

  1. To provide recreational gymnastics to the community and competitive gymnastics for those athletes demonstrating the ability and interest to compete in the sport of women's artistic gymnastics.
  2. Helping children to appreciate their body and provide for its health.
  3. Helping children to love to learn new things.
  4. Helping children to refine and master new skills.
  5. Respect for others is unconditional.
  6. Teamwork...ego must be set aside in favour of working together; in disagreement with another, speak directly with the person and no one else; seek first to understand, then to be understood.
  7. Communication must be open and forthright. Communicate positively, saying what you want, not what you do not want.
  8. Be trustworthy...absolute alignment in word and deed. Trust others, a requisite for empowerment, the authorizing of individual creativity.
  9. Safe...ensuring the safety of all participants.
  10. Fun...we believe in working hard and having fun at the same time.
