New to Bolton Gymnastics?

  1. Press the VIEW SCHEDULE | REGISTER NOW button below to search for classes without logging in.
  2. Follow the 'Enrolling in Classes' instructions to register into a class.
  3. Under 'New to Bolton Gymnastics?' select the 'Register' button.
  4. Enter your contact information and the required fields, the student information and accept the Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk Agreement to setup a family account.
  5. Follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Already Registered with Bolton Gymnastics?

  1. Your family information will be linked to the email address you have previously provided.
  2. Press the VIEW SCHEDULE | REGISTER NOW button above.
  3. Follow the 'Enrolling in Classes' instructions to register into a class.
  4. Enter your email address, this must be the same email address we have on file. If you are unsure of your email please contact our office.
  5. Enter your password or try the 'Forgot your password?' link.
  6. Follow the instructions to complete your registration. If it is your first time logging in you will be asked to accept the Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk Agreement even if your child is currently registered.

 Registration Policies

  1. All registration fees will add HST.
  2. All registrations are to be completed on-line, without exception.
  3. Registration without payment is not accepted.
  4. A child must be the minimum age by the first day of the session or camp to enroll. If we make an age exception for one child then we would be obligated to do so with a similar request from another family, and determining a cut-off date is also subjective. If we use fourteen days from the beginning of the session then we would get requests that my child is turning another year older a week or two after that date, and so on. Thank you in advance for your understanding and that we are unable to make an exception.
  5. Registration is on a first come, first served basis, however current members may have a preferred registration period
  6. The Club will register each participant annually between July 1 and June 30 of each year with Gymnastics Ontario; registration includes insurance coverage. Our fees will not be discounted if a participant paid a registration fee with another gymnastics club.
  7. Space is limited in each class.
  8. We reserve the right to cancel classes or request gymnasts to change their selection if there is insufficient enrollment in a class.
  9. No make up classes (or credits for missed classes) are available unless we cancelled a class. Classes may be cancelled and or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a class cancellation due to extenuating circumstances every effort will be made to make up the class on another date, however this may not always be possible. If we are unable to make up the class on another date then the student shall receive a non-refundable credit to their account for future use. A student who is unable to attend the make up class on the rescheduled date will not be eligible to make up that class or receive a credit.
  10. A pro-rated refund is available upon request for withdrawals from a program, no refunds after the fourth week of classes or the first day of a camp. Please note that the effective date of the withdrawal is the date the withdrawal notice is received by the Club, regardless of the date the student stopped attending the class. There is a full refund for requests made before the first class, including camp.
  11. Late registrations will be pro-rated.
  12. Late registrations will be accepted up until;
    1. the fourth week of a twelve week session;
    2. the third week of a ten week session.

Payment Method

Visa and MasterCard are the only form of payment that can be processed online.

Families wanting to pay by debit or cash must do so in person at the club during our office hours.

Family Discount

  • The second sibling of a family registered in the program during the same session will receive a 15% discount from the next lowest fee.
  • The third sibling of a family registered in the program during the same session will receive a 30% discount from the next lowest fee.
  • The fourth sibling of a family registered in the program during the same session will receive a 45% discount from the next lowest fee.
  • The fifth sibling of a family registered in the program during the same session will receive a 100% discount from the next lowest fee.

Multi-Program Discount

  • An individual child registered in two or more classes during the same session will receive a 15% discount from the second and subsequent class from the next lowest fee.
  • This discount is not applicable to Summer Camp.

Registration Periods

There are two different registration periods for our sessions and camps.

Public Registration

  • New or Current Members may enroll their child into any available class.
  • Registration during this period is on a first come, first served basis.

Current Member Registration

  • Current Members may enroll their child into any available class.
  • All classes will be password protected during this registration period.
  • Fall Session: a Current Member is a family with a child who was enrolled in any sessionsince September of the previous year.
  • Winter, Spring & Summer Session: a Current Member is a family with a child who was enrolled in the immediately preceding current session.
    • For example, a family with a child enrolled in the Fall Session will be considered a Current Member for the Winter Session registration.
    • Another example, a family with a child enrolled in the Summer Session will not be considered a Current Member for the Winter Session registration.
